We want you to enjoy your Trendfit™ experience. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you within the guidelines below.


🚫 No Change of Mind Returns

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Please choose carefully before purchasing.


📦 Returns (Faulty, Damaged, Incorrect)

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return if your item is:
• Faulty
• Damaged


⭐ 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you’re not satisfied, you can request a return within 60 days of delivery.

Please note:
• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
• The item must be returned in original condition
• Once received, the product will be inspected
• A refund will only be approved if the item shows no damage, marks, or excessive wear


✅ Return Eligibility

To qualify for any return:
• Item must be unused and in original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required
• You must contact us first for approval

⚠️ Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.


🛠️ Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If it’s damaged, defective, or incorrect — email us immediately at hi@trendfit.com.au with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photos or video showing the problem

We’ll review and respond with the next steps.


🚚 How to Start a Return

Email hi@trendfit.com.au with:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for return

  • Supporting photos or video

If your return is approved, we’ll send you return shipping instructions, including where to send your item.

🚨 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed as faulty, damaged, or incorrect.


🔁 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If approved for a return, you may place a new order for your desired item separately.


💳 Refunds

Refunds are only issued after:

  1. The returned item has been received, and

  2. It has been inspected and approved

Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us at hi@trendfit.com.au.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalised items

  • Personal care products

  • Hazardous materials (e.g. flammable liquids or gases)

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items
